Ali Aboutaam runs the Geneva Gallery

Ali Aboutaam is the co-founder of Phoenix Ancient Art with his brother, Hicham. He received an engineering degree at the Jesuit University of Beirut before taking over the antiquities business with his brother when their father died.

Ali Aboutaam was raised around his father’s business. His father often showed him catalogues of ancient coins when he was a kid and quizzed him about Greek and Roman Emperors and Rulers. Ali Aboutaam spends the majority of his time at the Geneva gallery and works individually with each potential client. He ensures that there is an intimate relationship between the collector and the object.
